    There are two descriptions for the Ultra Penthouz. One states 5 br., 4 bath, 13,600 square feet for $1,450.000 The other states 3 br., for $1,300,000. I am only interested in the 5 br., 2 story penthouse.

    I have a 3br. at Club Marena and a condo in La Jolla, north of San Diego. I would want to either trade up or sell one of those two properties, before closing.
