Moving on- The time is now to make your investment- or start moving toward it. Although the market is on your side, it won't be that way for super long. to find the perfect home more realistic- come down and visit today- waiting will only prolong your desires to make the move and the market WILL go back up. "Creating Urgency" is something that I am not too great at and many "sales people" do it- Amanda and I are not "saleswomen" --we consider ourselves a service.
