Baja Real Estate Tours with Five Star Bus Tours of San Diego

Kanoa Biondolillo, the CEO of Baja 123 Real Estate and Alfonso Hernandez, the General Manager of Five Star Bus Tours of San Diego, have announced that they have joined together to offer a special tour package for people that are interested in real estate in Baja, Mexico.
Starting February 17, 2007 and continuing every month, this tour will be offered to people interested in real estate along the Northern Baja Pacific coast. The tour will start in San Diego and stop at developments along the coast, arriving for lunch at Puerto Nuevo.
Designed to be a highly informative tour of the "Golden Corridor" ...the Pacific Coast of Northern Baja Mexico, it will feature experts in Mexican real estate, financing and title insurance that will accompany the guests on the tour bus as they are guided to "Baja's Best Bargains" in Real Estate.
Their guests will be entertained and informed by a short movie on the bus prepared especially for this tour. The passengers will be able to ask questions as they ride along in comfort with no worries about driving.
"It is the best way to get to look out at both sides of the road and not have to care about traffic" said Alfonso Hernandez of Five Star Tours.
Guests on the bus will become familiar with the area as the guides point out existing developments and those developments under construction in their "pre-sale" phase to help you get a feel of the real estate boom that is happening in this area.
The bus will stop for lunch at the famous "Lobster Village" ...Puerto Nuevo. After lunch, there will be a brief presentations from real estate, mortgage and title insurance professionals from this area. Besides the Baja 123 Real Estate team, representatives from First Title and Finance North America will be there to participate in a question and answer period.
