This development is currently undergoing certain renovations and should they complete these renovations it could bring it up to date and compete with other developments in the area. As it's stands today the place has some noticeable signs of wear and tear.  The buildings look dirty because their exterior has some sort of texture that allows the sand to accumulate which makes it appear as if the place is old and dirty. Some of the amenities are not in working conditions and they also show signs of wear and tear.

B. SECURITY

Costa Bella is a 24 hour/7 days a week gated and guarded community.  They have guards at each entrance as well as guards that patrol the facility.  Only residents and guests are permitted inside the development.  All guests are required to register with the guards before entering the development.  Owners must notify the guards if they plan on having a guest.
