The homes are constructed using the best of Mexican and USA construction techniques. The homes are solid under base with a concrete foundation, concrete block walls and a poured place concrete slave as a second floor.

The second and third floor are built out of steal that extends down over the first floor walls block.

This allows us to protect the house with insulation and tyvek  house wrap, acting as a moisture barriers with sound proofing panels in interior and exterior walls in 2nd and 3rd levels.

The exterior of the homes are clad a Georgia pacific exterior sheathing products, which in addition, offers moisture protection.
