Costa Bella is a 24 hour/7 days a week gated and guarded community. They have guards at each entrance as well as guards that patrol the facility. Only residents and guests are permitted inside the development. All guests are required to register with the guards before entering the development. Owners must notify the guards if they plan on having a guest.
