B. SECURITY

Castillos del Mar is a 24 hour 7 day week gated and guarded community. They have guards at the entrance as well as one guard on foot at night. Only residents and guests are permitted inside the development. All guests are required to register with the guards before entering. Owners must notify the guards if they plan on having guests.

 

C. BEACH ACCESS

Castillos del Mar - Beach Access

Castillos del Mar owners have their own private beach access by way of the electronic gate with the Key Fob.  Here, they can enjoy a fun day on the beach or Resort like atmosphere at the hotel restaurant.

 

D. HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION 
COST VS. BENEFIT

$95 per year for lots and $130 per month for houses. This includes garbage service security and gardens. The hotel restaurant also honors a 10% discount on food and beverage.

At Castillos del MarHear you own the home but the actual property is held in a beach contract for 51 years currently. This is more advantageous than a leased land because there is no monthly payment.
