Set on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, this upscale, Spanish Colonial-style community with beach access is 6 km from the elegant spires of the Parroquia Santisimo Sacramento church, and 9 km from the Christ of the Sacred Heart statue.
Castillos del Mar is a 24 hour 7 day week gated and guarded community. They have guards at the entrance as well as one guard on foot at night. Only residents and guests are permitted inside the development. All guests are required to register with the guards before entering. Owners must notify the guards if they plan on having guests.
C. BEACH ACCESS
Castillos del Mar owners have their own private beach access by way of the electronic gate with the Key Fob. Here, they can enjoy a fun day on the beach or Resort like atmosphere at the hotel restaurant.

Banks will not finance here because the land is not held in the title.
