Why Mexico:
Affordable living:
In Mexico I live well, I eat well and I sleep well...what more could I
ask for? My rent is $600/month, I live 3 blocks from the ocean, hear
the waves on a quiet night, and have a great view from my terrace and
rooftop terrace. I paid twice that in Philly to look at the street--
although the people were entertaining, the sirens flying by at 3am were
not so much.
Health Care for the cost of your co-pay:
Here in Rosarito we have a hospital that is doing amazing things with
cancer, surgery, recovery and holistic medicine. Have I been there?-
No, I have not, but my broker has! He spent 3 days there and loved
it. On top of that my cavities cost $30 a piece to do; my doctor
visits are only $25; and about $15 for prescriptions...sometimes only
$5; and a specialist visit was $40-- that is without insurance of any
kind!
Great weather year-round:
This year it only rained about 3 weeks total; it got a little cool in
the evenings and some days felt like fall; however the remaining 11
months and 1 week of the year has been great! I swam and got a tan on
Thanksgiving; I sat outside and enjoyed the warm sun on a Monday in
January; and ran with my dogs on the beach in February. I couldn't do
that where I'm from. Oh, and the summer is great because you have a
continuous cool breeze off the Pacific Ocean-- I never used the A/C in
the warm summer. Yes, it does get hot- but you are never without a
cool breeze (for the most part).

As the purchasing market bottoms out,
here in Baja Norte; I am finding more
and more of my clients lining up on a fence like hawks waiting for that "steal" of
a lifetime. I assure you that the "steals" are there,
they are just hidden. Here are some examples:
If you are looking at condos then, you
have to be
careful what the price says.
Sometimes the owner
of the condo wants
to sell the condo, but can't

publicly. Think about it: would
