Calafia has many extras that you will find very desirable. It sits on a private cove that has a sandy beach. There is a fitness center that is outfitted with professional gym equipment. You also have a steam room and a sauna to help you stay in shape. A conference room, a movie room and a T.V. room are available for the condo owners and their guests.
The pools, spas and grounds are always maintained because there are seventeen full time maintenance and support staff.

Calafia is a 24 hour 7 day week gated and guarded community. They have guards at the entrance as well as guards that patrol the facility. Only residents and guests are permitted inside the development. All guests are required to register with the guards before entering. Owners must notify the guards if they plan on having guests. Other security measures include regularly patrolled grounds and surveillance cameras.
CALAFIA is a private community and permission to enter can only be granted by Owners or Administrator of the Association. Use of facilities is limited to Association members and registered guests.
C. BEACH ACCESS
While the south end of the Calafia Condos complex has a rocky oceanfront commonly found along the Baja Gold coast, the northern part boasts a beautiful sandy beach. The whole cove invites you to cast your fishing line into the ocean to see if you can catch dinner.
