Hormones Treatment in Mexico

Hormones are essential for the functioning of our bodies; we could not live without them.  They are produced in various glands in the body, such as the adrenals and reproductive organs.  They are the chemical messengers in the body that tell other cells what to do, and cumulatively they regulate virtually every bodily function.

The female reproductive system includes cyclical hormones which gradually decrease as we age.  Males, also, experience hormonal fluctuations, although not as dramatically as those of females.  The changes in the hormone cycle for women, especially later in life such as during menopause, can lead to many unpleasant symptoms and mood swings.  With hormone treatment, we can supplement the body with the right hormones in the proper proportions or lessening the effects of some overproduced ones and alleviate some of these problems.

For several decades, traditional health care providers have prescribed hormone replacement to men and women with hormonal balance issues such as menopause, low testosterone in aging men, growth hormone deficiencies and hypothyroidism, and even for gender reassignment.  These hormones are natural to the human body and are meant to replace those lost with age or out of natural balance for other reasons.  They are often referred to as "bio-identical hormones."  They are typically synthesized from botanical sources.  They have become very popular, though controversial, in recent years.

Hormone treatment may be worth investigating for anyone who feels their life is out of balance and cannot be fixed through proper diet, exercise, and sleep habits alone.
