4. FEEDBACK ON YOUR ACTIVITY

We know that when someone lists a property for sale that they have given their trust to the company to do everything in their power to sell their home for the maximum price in the minimum amount of time. We will give you regular feedback on the results of our marketing so you can see the activity that your property is creating. We will provide you with website data, showing statistics and marketing blasts results so you will know our progress. We feel that the more you know about your listing the better you will be able to react to sales offers and market conditions.

BILINGUAL STAFF

The importance of a bilingual staff becomes obvious when you realize most of our transactions include buyers and sellers that don’t speak both English and Spanish. Our staff is trained to handle sales that require being literate in both languages. It is to your advantage to have people with the necessary communication skills handling your listing.

Financing issues represent 90% of all closing related problems in Baja. As the seller, one of the important questions to the buyer is “How are you going to pay?” If financing is required, we can provide a list of Mortgage companies and banks that are in the real estate lending business and that we know will process the buyer’s loan application in a timely manner.

In the United States and Canada most real estate transactions are handled through a third party escrow company. We recommend the same protection here in Mexico.
