Terms and Conditions Of For Sale By Owner Agreement
Your Responsibilities When Applying for a FSBO Listing Package
It is agreed that in your application for registration, you will supply correct, exact, up to-date and complete information as requested on the form. You are further required to update your information with the correct, accurate and current data at all times.
In the case where you provided us with untrue, inaccurate or incomplete and obsolete information, we may suspend or cancel your account and further reserve the right to deny any current or future services to you.
Monthly Payment Plan
Customers who subscribe to the Monthly Plan are obliged to pay their regular monthly fees. They will be automatically billed at the end of thirty days counting from the date of placing the advertisement. In case the customer decides to cancel the subscription, a cancellation request by email shall be sent to fsbo@baja123.com three days before the intended date of cancellation. We shall confirm the cancellation by email or else your subscription shall be treated as active until cancelled by us.
Listing Expiration
All listings shall expire after the agreed upon time period as specified in the chosen package.
Procedures To Remove Your Listing/Cancel Your Online Ad
After selling your property, you must remove your listing from the Web site and/or cancel your advertisement. Please email fsbo@baja123.com to have your property listing removed. For the monthly subscribers this cancellation will be our basis for stopping your monthly bills.
Termination.
It is hereby agreed and understood that we have the right to terminate your password and access to your account if we believe you have not complied with the terms and conditions of this FSBO contract.
Refunds
Voiding Charges within 24 Hours of Purchase.
If you purchaser a product you may cancel in writing within 24 hours of your purchase. Baja123.com will void, reverse, or credit the charges on such a purchase.
Refund and Change Policy after 24 Hours from Purchase of Services.
For all plans AFTER 24 HOURS FROM YOUR PURCHASE OF THE PLAN, THERE IS NO REFUND FOR ANY REASON. IN ADDITION, AFTER 24 HOURS FROM YOUR PURCHASE OF THE PLAN, YOU CANNOT DOWNGRADE YOUR PLAN AND RECEIVE A REFUND. You may upgrade to another plan at any time. Requests for Refunds with respect to Monthly Plans.
You may cancel your Monthly Plan at anytime. There is no pro-ration for canceling a Monthly Plan. That is, if you cancel a Monthly Plan 24 hours after the renewal date and/or part-way through a 30-day cycle, YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE ANY PRO-RATED REFUND.
