Hi my name is Kenneth and I am a buyer’s representative agent for Baja123.com.
I came to this area for the waves. The secret is pretty much out, so I can let other people know that the waves here are excellent. After coming here in 1978 I really became comfortable visiting and traveling in the northern Baja area. I always had an interest in international real estate markets and the fluctuations of prices, so I paid close attention to what was happening in the area during my frequent trips to Mexico and many other Latin countries. I later purchased land, an oceanfront condo, learned Spanish, and now live here full time with my family.
Why do I work for Baja123.com? I could have worked for any of the real estate companies here in Rosarito, but I chose Baja123.com for the great people that work there.
After meeting David and Kanoa Biondolillo, I realized that this is the company I need to work for. I could not pass up the opportunity to learn from these great sales people.

What is my take on living here? Life goes at a slower pace. Less traffic than I am used to. I get to live next to my beloved mother ocean and eat some of the best food in the world. I can be in another country, yet go home to the U.S. in less than an hour. It is very similar to a permanent vacation where I have a sense of adventure every day. Is it for everyone? Definitely not. I would say if you have problems waiting for cows to cross the road, graffiti, or things that defy explanation then this area may not be for you. I can tell you that I feel very safe here with my wife and 3 kids. I am very involved with the community and have made great lifelong friends with the indigenous people that I live with. I work for a great company with great people and couldn’t be happier or feel more fortunate.
