Hi, my name is Chuck Aguilera and I’m an agent with Baja123.

I grew up in Chula Vista, and then went to the Los Angeles area.  I got married and after having our three boys, we decided to raise them in Boise, Idaho. I still have a residential mortgage business in Boise, Idaho, that I’ve had for thirteen years. 

I can tell you my wife and I have been coming to Rosarito Beach area for 32 years and I consider Rosarito my second home.  So much so that I invested in this area by purchasing two condo’s and a beachfront lot.  I never get tired of looking at the ocean, dealing with the warm and charming people that live here, who extend themselves by speaking English better than my Spanish.

I joined the Baja123 team last year and now live here in Rosarito.  I’ve been a Mortgage Broker for thirteen years and I have both my real estate license and my appraisal’s license, but decided not to pursue either of those opportunities in the U. S.  Instead I decided to get into the real estate side of the business here in Mexico because of the unique marketing that Baja123 has put together, and the fact that they are buyer’s agents. I enjoy representing buyers and not having any affiliations with any of the projects in the area; it lets me give my clients my full attention in negotiating for their best interest.  Because of this I can show them any property that they are interested in.

Since, I’ve been here I have aligned myself with the five lenders giving US and Canadians citizens, mortgage loans for Mexican properties. Again, a different process, but with the right individual explaining it to you, I hope to minimize any frustrations that you might have.
